   In this book the simplicity phenomenon in the economy and society is considered on the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis, the methodological aspects of the simplicity principle in cognition are developed, the new approaches to formalization and interaction modeling of simplicity, complexity and norms in a society are proposed. The specificity of historical genesis, actual characteristics, ways of reflecting the analyzed concepts in economic, cultural, linguistic and information systems are revealed.
   The problem in question is of discussion character and is a part of researches of simple, basic and crucial principles, objects, subjects and relations of existence, traditional for sciences and humanities. The authors propose to think over the simplicity phenomenon multilaterally, to reveal its onthological, gnoseological and existential contradictions, to determine the integration trends for humanities at the modern stage of its object research.
   The book is for wide public, including specialists, working in various branches of social sciences, students, postgraduates and lecturers of higher and secondary education institutions.

   It is the first time in the national science when the phenomenon “homo-institutional” is considered on the basic of the interdisciplinary synthesis, the methodological cores of its cognition are developed, the criteria and new approaches to the formalization of social maintenance of actors and their environment are proposed in the book.
